OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILD & FAMILY PRIVACY (COPPA / GDPR)

Tinkori is designed for parents, caregivers, and educators. We do not knowingly collect, store, or sell any personal data or photos of children under the age of 13. All account creation and card tracking are managed exclusively by the adult parent or guardian.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect minimal, necessary data required to deliver your daily activity decks and sync your preferences:

  • Parent Account Data: Your email address, encrypted authentication tokens, and full name (or display name) provided during sign-up.
  • App Activity & Preferences: Card favorites, completed activity marks, and filter selections saved in your parent profile.
  • Payment Information (Subscribers Only): Payment processing is handled securely by a secure payment processor. We never store or see your raw credit card number or CVV.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

  • Authenticate your identity and send passwordless magic sign-in links.
  • Persist your favorite cards, completions, and custom preferences across devices.
  • Deliver your daily 10-card tinkering pack each morning.
  • Process Tinkori Plus subscription billing and prevent fraudulent usage.

We will NEVER sell or rent your family's data or email address to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using our secure platform with industry-standard row-level access controls and end-to-end encryption for in-transit and at-rest data.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

Tinkori uses essential functional cookies and local browser storage strictly for session maintenance, offline daily pack caching, and user interface preferences. We do not use intrusive cross-site ad tracking cookies.

5. Your Rights: Export & Deletion

You maintain complete control over your data. At any time, you may request:

  • An export of your account data.
  • Complete and permanent deletion of your parent profile and all associated data from our servers.
