Tinkori provides prompt ideas and creative inspiration for screen-free household activities. Tinkori does NOT manufacture physical products, provide childcare, or evaluate the safety of your specific household environment. All activities, experiments, and crafts require direct, active, and continuous adult supervision at all times.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing or using Tinkori ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must discontinue using the Service immediately.
Adults Only: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and a parent, legal guardian, or authorized educator to create an account or subscribe to Tinkori. Minors may only interact with activity ideas under the direct supervision and guidance of an adult account holder.
2. Parental Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
By using Tinkori activity suggestions, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- Assessment of Suitability: You are solely responsible for determining whether an activity, material, or tool is age-appropriate, developmentally suitable, and physically safe for your specific child or children.
- Choking Hazards & Small Objects: Many household tinkering activities reference small objects (including beans, rice, coins, rubber bands, paper clips, beads, tape, and balloons). These items present severe choking hazards for babies, toddlers, and young children. You assume full responsibility for inspecting all materials prior to play and keeping hazardous items out of reach of choking-prone children.
- Sharp Tools & Adult Tasks: Any instructions referencing scissors, knives, hot glue, ovens, or electrical devices are strictly intended to be executed by an adult, not by a child, unless age-appropriate safe child scissors are supervised.
- Allergens & Environmental Hazards: You are solely responsible for checking household ingredients (such as food items, flours, spices, plants, liquids) for food allergies, contact dermatitis, or slips/falls in play areas.
3. Total Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL ACTIVITY PROMPTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TINKORI, ITS CREATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, BODILY HARM, CHOKING, ACCIDENTS, ALLERGIC REACTIONS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR RELIANCE ON OR ATTEMPTED EXECUTION OF ANY ACTIVITY SUGGESTED ON THE PLATFORM.
4. User Accounts & Security
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate email information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.
5. Subscriptions & Billing (Tinkori Plus)
Tinkori Plus subscriptions provide access to the full 10-card daily pack and additional features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via a secure payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Intellectual Property
The Tinkori brand name, logo, original activity card descriptions, illustrations, and codebase are the proprietary property of Tinkori. You may not scrape, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our curated decks without prior written permission.
